The South East Australia Naturalists Association (SEANA) Spring 2019 Camp was a great success. 115 field naturalists from 17 clubs across Victoria gathered in Castlemaine on Friday October 4th, for a weekend of talks and 29 excursions within our region. Many of our visitors stayed on for the final group of excursions on the Monday morning.
The success of the event was based on the efforts of many volunteers, club members and local experts who gave generously of their time to lead excursions, and assist with the weekend’s full program of activities. The CFNC Committee thanks all involved most sincerely.
Reports on SEANA Spring Camp 2019 are available on the SEANA website https://seana.org.au/.
The Autumn 2020 SEANA gathering due in Hamilton in April had to be postponed until April 2021 due to the Covid-19 virus.
