A last minute reminder that the final Castlemaine Field Naturalist Club evening for 2016 is being held tonight.
As has been the tradition for many years, the December meeting is the opportunity for club members to give a brief presentation (~5 minutes) on a natural history topic of their choice. And delivered in the manner of their choice (e.g. slideshow, poem, story, song – although preferably not interpretative dance!).
If you are to give a presentation that involves the computer and/or projector, you are encouraged to arrive early to ensure that the technology is compatible and operating. This will also help to make the evening run smoothly, with minimal delay between presenters.
You are also encouraged to bring along a plate of food to share afterwards. Tea and coffee will be available.
The meeting is being held in the Fellowship Room behind the Uniting Church on Lyttleton St. The evening will kick off at 7.30pm. Visitors are very welcome.
