July 2013 newsletter

The July 2013 newsletter of the Castlemaine Field Naturalists is now making its way through the postal system to letterboxes across the local area.  It contains great articles on a hybrid cat-quoll supposedly found in central Victoria in the 1860s, history and fauna observations of the Farne Islands in England (following Joy Weatherill’s recent trip there), information on how to find Swift Parrots, and the results of recent surveys and research into Swift Parrots, plus much more.  As always, Noel has put together a fantastic club document.  He would love to receive an article from you (email him at noel.young@optusnet.com.au).

And remember, newsletters from past years are now available on this website (click here).
